Kim Kainz

 I grew up in Brainerd, MN. I earned my BS degree in Elementary Education from Moorhead State University (now Minnesota State University Moorhead). There was an overabundant number of teachers when I graduated from MSUM, so I decided to “dabble” in real estate! Little did I know at that time that I would end up with over three decades of experience! I started in the title company industry and have spent the majority of my time in the mortgage industry. I am licensed in North Dakota, Minnesota and Montana. I came to Fargo/Moorhead to attend college and never left! My husband and I have three amazing adult children! Being “empty nesters” has been an adjustment, but we love seeing our children grow and thrive out in the real world!
