Kray Olson is nothing short of AMAZING! I had no clue what we were getting into when buying our first home. Kray walked us through the entire process and made sure we understood. Whenever a house hit the market, all I had to do was send him the link and he very quickly was able to show me a break down of a monthly payment. His response time was incredible which is needed in this market! His knowledge of housing programs is insane! We had 1 meeting and as we were talking he knew programs we would most likely qualify for just off the cuff. I was beyond impressed! Kray also had amazing communication with our realator!
